I thought if I didn't mention my forgetfulness, which only serves to reinforce it in a self-fulfilling prophecy manner, that, like an unpicked wound, it might eventually go away. It hasn't.
Things I keep forgetting:
1. Take Endocrine Mender on the hour until reach feeling of nirvana-style wellbeing
2. Feed my sourdough starter
3. Take Co-Enzyme Q10 and Udo's Choice Omega 3, 6 and 9
4. Although as a test experiment I should really only take EM or Q10 or UC in case one induces nirvana and I think it's one of the others
5. Drink apple juice
6. Do gallstone flush
7. Order oil (heating, not olive)
